SPECIFICATIONS, THE RESTRICTIVE SHALL GOVERN.
I. CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAIN ONE SET OF "AS—BUILT" PLANS MARKED IN RED

J. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE A COMPLETE AND FUNCTIONING ELECTRICAL
SYSTEM MEETING THE LETTER AND THE INTENT OF THESE PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS.
K. POLES STORED ON SITE SHALL BE HANDLED (INCLUDING DELIVERY AND
SETTING) WITH APPROVED STRAPS TO AVOID DAMAGE TO GALVANIZING.
ACCEPT POLES FROM MANUFACTURER'S DELIVERY IN THE PRESENCE OF CITY
VERIFYING ANY DAMAGE. POLES STORED SHALL NOT SET ON GRADE EACH POLE
TO SET ON WOOD BASES AND TURNED 180 DEGREES EVERY 48 HOURS MINIMUM.
