.SCE COORDINATION NOTE
THE ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY SCE PRIOR TO TERMINATING
OWNER CONDUIT INTO EXISTING SCE HANDHOLE.
SCE SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR TERMINATING OWNER INSTALLED CABLES to
THEIR SERVICE. LEAVE 2 FT PIGTAIL AS REQUIRED.
IMPORTANT S.C.G. & M.W.D. NOTICE:
Southern California Gas Company (SCG) and the
Metropolitan Water District (MWD) require safety
considerations to their pipelines during construction
phase. A representative of each company must
observe the excavation around or near their pipeline
facilities, to insure their protection and to record
pertinent data necessary for their operations. No
mechanical equipment will be permitted to operate
within three feet of the pipelines, and any closer work
must be done by hand. The contractor shall make
arrangements for SCG obsertaton by calling (714)
634-3199 and for MWD observation at (909) 392-2435,
at least two working days prior to the start of construction.
