When there is sufficient weed seed germination, the Contractor shall apply a post -emergent contact weed killer according to the directions of the manufacturer. The Contractor shall then wait an additional two(2) weeks to allow the weed killer to dissipate, then plant as indicated in the plans and specifications. Contractor shall remove any residual foliage and/or roots.
