Fire Sprinkler Note:
Fin sprinklers are required and shall be reviewed and approved by the San Bernardino Cotmty Fire Deperment.

2. Prior to release of militias or maintenance period
following inspections are required:

- Pre constructim meeting
- Inspection of irrigation system in open trench condition (prior to backfill).
- Mainline prawre teat Qa 150 p.s.i. fa a dhree (3) hour period.
- Irrigation coverage tats including initial and final tests.
- Finish grade prior to planting
- Plant materials prior to planting.
- Plaotins, incl dmg stroet trees. Contact the Parks Planning and Limdscape
- Development section Engineering Division, for apecia and final locations.
3. The Owners representative and landscape contractor shall be present at each inspection.
Maintenance Guidelines
Landscape shall be maintained in a neat, clan, weed free and healthy condition. This shall include but not be limited to:
1. Cultivation of planted beds at intervals not to exceed ten (10) days.
2. Regular mowing to maintain lawn height not to exceed two (2) inches (will vary with species).
3. Regular pruning of pians as necessary to control and direct growth
4. Scheduled mute of irrip bon controller to same proper sWicatian rate of water necessary
for proper putt p'aMh• Drip irrigation may require specialised landscape maintenance care.
5. immediate replacement of irrigation materials as needed to insintahm good wort condition.
