THE CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAIN TWO WAY TRAFFIC AT ALL TIMES UNLESS OTHERWISE APPROVED BY THE CITY TRAFFIC ENGINEER. QUALIFIED FLAGGERS SHALL BE USED WHEN THE ROADWAY IS REDUCED TO A SINGLE LANE OR WHERE TRAFFIC MUST STOP FOR MOVEMENT OF EQUIPMENT. 6. IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR TO MAINTAIN BARRICADES, DELINEATORS OR OTHER TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES AT ALL TIMES. 7. THE WORK ZONE SHALL BE ROUTINELY INSPECTED AND MAINTAINED TO ENSURE PROPER VISIBILITY AND OPERATION OF ALL TRAFFIC CONTROL AND ADVANCE WARNING DEVICES. 8.
