IMMEDIATE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF IRRIGATION MATERIALS AS NEEDED TO MAINTAIN GOOD WORKING CONDITION. 5. STAKES, GUY5 AND TIES ON TREES SHALL BE CHECKED REGULARLY FOR CORRECT FUNCTION. TIES ARE TO BE ADJUSTED TO AVOID ABRA51ON5 OR GIRDLING OF TRUNKS OR BRANCHES. 41. UPON COMPLETION OF THE THREE (3) MONTHS OR ONE (1) YEAR MAINTENANCE PERIOD, AN INSPECTION SHALL BE MADE BY THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT ENGINEERING DIVISION LANDSCAPE INSPECTION STAFF. THE LANDSCAPE SHALL BE MAINTAINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE STANDARDS. MAINTENANCE BONDING SHALL BE RELEASED AT THE END OF THE APPROPRIATE PERIOD IF THE LANDSCAPE 15 MAINTAINED IN ACCORDING TO PLANS AND SPECIFICATION. 10. THE PRINCIPAL BOND HOLDER 15 RESPONSIBLE TO CONTACT THE CITY AND SCHEDULE THE MAINTENANCE INSPECTION.
