REMOVAL AND REPLACEMIENT OF EXISTING SURVEY CONTROL, INCLUDING SURVEY MONUMENTS, MONUMENT TIES AND BENCHMARKS SHALL BE DONE BY A REGISTERED CML ENGINEER OR LICENSED LAND SURVEYOR.
