INDICATED WITH THEIR APPROXIMATE LOCATION AND EXTENT. THE OWNER, BY ACCEPTING THESE
PLANS OR PROCEEDING WITH THE IMPROVEMENTS HEREON, AGREES TO ASSUME UABIUTY AND TO
HOLD THE ENGINEER HARMLESS FOR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE EXISTENCE OF
