All forms and alignments of paving, layout, an( special paving areas shall be reviewed and approved by the Owner's authoreed representative prior to placing (give a minimum of 48 hours notice). 2. The contractor shall verify the location of all utiities prior to construction and shall be held liable for all damages incurred. 3. The Contractor shall note and install all sleevelocations shown on the IRRIGATION PLANS and ELECTRICAL PLANS in excess of existing sleeves per the Owner's approval. 4. All construction and workmanship shall conforn to the latest edition of the Uniform Building Code (latest edition of the Stmdard Specifications for Public Works), as well as local codes. 5. These notes shall be used in conjunction with he plans. Any discrepancies shall be brought to the attention of the Landsc pe Architect and the project Owner prior to any installation processes. 6. The Contractor must check all dimensions, franing conditions and site conditions before starting work. The Landscape Architect shall be notified immediately of any descrepancies or possible ceficiencies. 7. The drawings and specifications represent the finished work. All bracing, temporary supports, shoring, masonry, etc. is tie sole responsibility of the Contractor. Observation visits to the job site b) the Landscape Architect does not include inspection of construction mehods and safety conditions at the worksite. These visits shall not be constru(d as continuous and detailed inspections. 8. Site clean-up shall take place on a daily basis. 9. Refer to the project Specifications for additional information. 10. All proposed paving surfaces shall meet existirg paving surfaces with smooth and continuous transition and flush aloig entire edge. 11.
