SGVMWD STANDARD NOTE:
No permanent structures of any kind within the SGVMWD easement.
Heavy equipment or heavy weight load crossing over or placed on SGVMWD transmission main and
right—of—way are required to conform to SGVMWD engineered specifications.
No storing or stockpiling fill or spoil on the SGVMWD right—of—way.
No altering (cuts, fills or sloping) the existing grade of the SGVMWD right—of—way.
No drainage from the development, over or onto the SGVMWD right—of—way (temporary or permanent).
The SGVMWD shall not be responsible for damage at anytime from water that pools or runs down into
the development, or any other area due to the perimeter wall, or the landscape improvements.
No utilities encroaching within or crossing over the SGVMWD right—of—way. (Irrigation not included).
No trees shall be placed within 10' of the SGVMWD high pressure main.
