IF DURING CONSTRUCTION GROUND WATER IS ENCOUNTERED, A SYSTEM APPROVED BY THE SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT SHALL BE INSTALLED TO DEWATER SAID AREA AT THE DIRECTION OF THE SOILS ENGINEER. 18. ALL 0.40% OR LESS CURB GRADE LINES SHALL BE STAKED AT 25' INTERVALS AND FORMS CERTIFIED BY THE ENGINEER BEFORE POURING CONCRETE. 19, EXISTING COUNTY ROADS WHICH WILL REQUIRE RECONSTRUCTION SHALL REMAIN OPEN FOR TRAFFIC AT ALL TIMES WITH ADEQUATE DETOURS DURING ACTUAL CONSTRUCTION. 20. THE PRIVATE ENGINEER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ASSURING THE ACCURACY AND ACCEPTABILITY OF THE WORK HEREON, IN THE EVENT OF DISCREPANCIES ARISING DURING CONSTRUCTION, THE PRIVATE ENGINEER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DETERMINING AN ACCEPTABLE SOLUTION AND REVISE THE PLAN FOR APPROVAL BY THE COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO. 21.
