LANDSCAPE LANDSCAPE GRADING ADJUSTMENTS MAY OCCUR WITHOUT CHANGES TO COST OR SCHEDULE. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE BARRICADES AND TRAFFIC CONTROL ALONG PUBLIC STREETS IF REQUIRED DURING INSTALLATION. AREA DRAINS AND PIPING ARE SHOWN DIAGRAMATICALLY AND EXACT LAYOUT MAY VARY IN THE FIELD. ALL DRAIN PIPING SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM 1% POSITIVE FLOW TOWARDS STREET FOR ELIMINATING NUISANCE WATER. ALL PIPING SHALL CONNECT TO STREET CATCH BASINS (BY OTHERS) AS NECESSARY. 4" PIPE STUB—OUTS AT EACH CATCH BASIN HAVE INVERT ELEVATIONS AT APPROXIMATELY 2.5 FEET BELOW TOP OF CURB ELEVATION TYPICAL. 7, CONTRACTOR SHALL PROPERLY COORDINATE HIS WORK WITH OTHERS CONTRACTORS' WORK PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BECOME FAMILIAR WITH THE LOCATIONS OF EXISTING AND FUTURE UNDERGROUND SERVICES AND IMPROVEMENTS WHICH MAY CONFLICT WITH THE WORK TO BE DONE.
