The attached sheet 1 of the hydrology map shows this area at existing conditions tributary to the flow on Miller Avenue. The purpose of this study is to show that there is no significant increase in flow on Miller Avenue as a result of the development of this tract. The Q 100 from this tract is 12.5 cfs compared to 11.1 cfs shown on the enclosed reference hydrology plan and calculation dated July 2, 1991. This report is also to determine the capacity of Rose Lane. The depth of flow is 0.4', which is less than the 0.5' curb face. The flow turns westerly along Miller Avenue as shown on the enclosed reference map, Hydrology map for Miller Avenue. Hydrology study for Beech Avenue will be on a separate report with Tract No. 16273, Beech Avenue Street Improvement Plan. too"'The rational method hydrologic model, as defined by Flood Control for San Bernardino 1%W County, was followed in the determination of storm runoff. AES software was utilized for hydrology calculations to determine the capacity of Rose Lane and Beech Avenue.
