It is bounded on the west by Cypress Avenue and on the east by Juniper Avenue. Half of the property drains toward Cypress Avenue and the other half drains toward Juniper Avenue. The hydrology report was approved on January 4, 2005 (see attached copy of Willdan's memorandum). .. The hydrology report for Tract 16572 includes the design of the future storm drain pipe underneath Cypress Avenue, from the north boundary of the tract to Baseline Avenue. The original design located a junction structure at station 27 +03 to convey all the future storm „�. water runoff from Tract 16563. At the request of CTK Inc. (the engineer for Tract No. 16563) the lateral for said tract (Lateral B -1) shall be located at station 27 +62. This addendum to the original report for Tract No., 16572 includes an updated hydraulics analysis of the Cypress .. Avenue mainline storm drain together with updates to the Line "A" and Lateral "A" hydraulics caused by the new Lateral `B -1" location. �.► CTK Inc., has indicated that the 100 year storm event flow rate from Tract 16563 and Tract 16577 is 72.5 cfs. This conflicts with Allard Engineering's estimate at 66.1 cfs. The city has indicated that CTK Inc.'s hydrology analysis has not been approved. In addition to analyzing the .r change to pipe hydraulics caused by the new Lateral `B -1" location, this report considers the change to the pipe hydraulics if CTK Inc.'s flow rate is approved in the future. .. ANN Methodology M ,„ New WSPG hydraulic analysis for the Cypress Avenue storm drain will be performed, using the new location for the junction structure for Tract 16563 and Lateral B -1. The flow rate will be the mo same as used on the approved report for Tract 16572. 60 A separate WSPG run with new flow rates will be used in accordance with tract ' 16563 hydrology report. Lateral A and Line A will also be revised using the new WSPG printouts.
