TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT APPROVAL DOES NOT INCLUDE WATER OR SEWER SYSTEM OR ESTIMATE OF QUANTITIES. 11. A PERMIT SHALL BE OBTAINED FROM THE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO ANY CONSTRUCTION ON THIS PROJECT. 12.
