1. Contractor shall replace and repair exisitng cobble stone edges
as needed to transition grade.
2. Contractor shall preserve and protect existing landscape and existing
irrigation will be operable during construction phase.
3. Contractor shall provide an allowance in Bid for repairing existing
parkway and median landscape along Sierra Ave. and Slover Ave. due to
contractor grading and new sidewalk installation.
