Contractor shall protect in place existing planting and irrigation system within the common landscape areas during construction. Contractor to provide snow fencing @ 42" ht at the dripline of all existing trees. Contractor shall not use existing vegitation as laydown area or to store materials. Irrigation system shall be in operation at all times during construction. Contractor shall replace all plant materials dmaged or destroyed during construction at his own expense. 2. Contractor shall verify landscape plan's limit of work line w/ Civil Engineer's improvement/grading limits. If discrepancy occurs, Contractor shall notify owner's representative and owner prior to commencing work. 3. Contractor shall conform to City of Fontana tree placement requirements. See detail 7, sheet LP -15. 4. If Contractor identifies descrepancy between plans and city standards, contractor shall contact the owner's representative or owner prior to commencing work. 5. Landscape areas will be maintained by the business association.
