SEAL STEEL CASING ABUTMENTS WITH MORTAR, AFTER TIGHTLY WRAPPING CONDUITS WITH 2 LAYERS OF #15 BUILDING PAPER. 4. STEEL CASING JOINTS SHALL BE WELDED.
