GENERAL NOTES (THIS SHEET ONLY)
1. CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE ALL WORK DONE ON
METROLINK AND SANBAG ROW WITH METROLINK/SCRRA,
THE LACMTA, AND SANBAG. CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY
SAID AGENCIES 5 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF ANY WORK FOR
APPROVAL.
2. CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING
ENCROACHMENT PERMITS FOR WORK ON SCRRA AND
SANBAG ROW. CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT TRAFFIC
CONTROL PLANS TO SCRRA, LACMTA, AND SANBAG WITH
ENCROACHMENT PERMITS.
3. SEAL STEEL CASING ABUTMENTS WITH MORTAR, AFTER
TIGHTLY WRAPPING CONDUITS WITH 2 LAYERS OF #15
BUILDING PAPER.
4. STEEL CASING JOINTS SHALL BE WELDED.
