NOTE:
Contractor to remove the top- 24 of contaminated sub -grade beneath existing asphalt
street within the entire median area, curb to curb, (median island fingers not planted, are
excluded). Contractor to perform soil test of native material to determine if any
additional removal is required. Contractor to import clean top soil with Y2" minus
material as required. Finish grade to be 1" below curb with positive 4% rise to center
line. All imported soil to have a soils report and approved by City prior to delivery.
