ALL WORK SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH LOCAL CODES AND SPECIFICATIONS AND BE OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY TYPICAL OF THE TRADE. VERIFY ALL CONDITIONS AND DIMENSIONS PRIOR TO COMMENCING ANY WORK, NOTIFY THE LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT IMMEDIATELY IF ANY DISCREPANCY IS FOUND_ CONTRACTOR SHALL THOROUGHLY FAMILIARIZE HIMSELF WITH ALL SITE CONDITIONS PRIOR TO BIDDING OR COMMENCING WORK. FOR EMERGENCY SHUT-OFF. THE LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE INTERPRETATION OF THE DRAWINGS SHOULD A QUESTION ARISE. PIPING SHOWN ON THE PLANS IS ESSENTIALLY DIAGRAMMATIC, ROUTE PIPING AND LOCATE VALVES TO AVOID CONFLICT WITH STATIONARY ELEMENTS.
