ROOT BARRIERS ON ALL TREES 5' OR LESS FROM HARDSCAPE.
All turf areas shall be held 6" below final finish grade to allow for the placement of clean top soil. All shrub areas shall be held
only 2" below final finish grade.
Contractor shall supply clean "3/4" -minus" topsoil where needed to achieve final finish grade (+/-1).
The clean topsoil can be either generated "on-site" or imported. This topsoil should be applied after irrigation and drainage work has
been completed. Quality of topsoil shall be approved by the city prior to installation and shall meet all city standards.
