SHALL NOTIFY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AT LEAST THREE (3) WORKING DAYS IN ADVANCE AND POST "TOW AWAY,
TEMPORARY NO STOPPING" SIGNS AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE. THE DURATION OF THE TEMPORARY PARKING
RESTRICTION SHALL BE INDICATED ON THE SIGNS.
21. ANY SIGNAL TIMING AND/OR SIGNAL MODIFICATIONS SHALL HAVE WRITTEN APPROVAL BY THE CITY TRAFFIC ENGINEER, AND THE
CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY THE TRAFFIC ENGINEER AT LEAST FIVE (5) WORKING DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE WORK TO BE
DONE IN ORDER TO COORDINATE THE CHANGES. CITY SHALL MAKE ANY SUCH SIGNAL TIMING CHANGES AT THE EXPENSE
OF THE CONTRACTOR.
22. CONTRACTOR SHALL REPLACE ANY AND ALL TRAFFIC DETECTOR LOOPS DAMAGED DURING CONSTRUCTION PER CALTRANS
STANDARDS.
23. THESE PLANS INDICATE VEHICULAR TRAFFIC CONTROL IN THE WORK AREA DURING CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES. ADDITIONAL
TRAFFIC CONTROLS, TRAFFIC SIGNS, AND/OR BARRICADES MAY BE NECESSARY OR REQUIRED IN THE FIELD AS DIRECTED BY THE
