CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY ALL DIMENSIONS AND CONDITIONS PRIOR TO
THE START OF CONSTRUCTION. CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY THE OWNER'S

REQUIRED BY THE CITY, COUNTY OR STATE AUTHORITIES PRIOR TO
CONSTRUCTION.

AT THE COMPLETION OF EACH CONSTRUCTION OPERATION, THE PREMISES
ARE TO BE LIFT NEAT AN CLEAN. ALL SURPLUS MATERIAL, DEBRIS AND
WASTE ARE TO BE REMOVED FROM THE SITE. BROOM AND WASH THE AREA
CLEAN.

THE CONTRACTOR SHALL TAKE ALL NECESSARY AND PROPER
PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT ADJACENT PROPERTIES FROM ANY AND ALL
DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR FROM WATER RUN OFF AND OR DEPOSITIONS OF
DEBRIS RESULTING FROM ANY AN ALL WORK IN CONNECTION WITH WORK PER
THESE PLANS.

THE CONTRACTO4R IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROTECTION OF ALL UTILITY
LINES, VALVES, METERS, ETC., WITHIN THE LIMITS OF WORK, WHETHER THEY
ARE SHOWN ON THESE PLANS OR NOT.
