Contractor shall review all existing site conditions prior to submitti-ng bid and
prior to commencing construction, If any discrepancies, exist they should be
brought to the immediate attention of the Landscape Architect, in writing.

water main lines prior to planting. Contractor shall assume sole responsibility
for any costs incurred due to damage and replacement of said utilities.
