LANDSCAPE SHALL BE MAINTAINED IN A NEAT, CLEAN, WEED FREE AND HEALTHY CONW)ONN.

1. CULTIVATION OF PLANTED BEDS AT INTERVALS I NOT TO EXCEED TEN 1101 DAYS)
2. REGULAR MOWING TO MAINTAIN"A LAWN HEIGHT NOT TO EXCEED TWO 121 INCHES

MAINTAIN GOOD WORKING CONDITION.
d. STAKES, GUYS AND TIES ON TREES SHALL BE CHECKED REGULARLY FOR CORRECT
FUNCTION. TIES ARE TO BE ADJUSTED TO AVOID ABRASIONS OR GIRDLING OF TRUNKS
OR BRANCHES. '
9. UPON COMPLETION OF THE THREE (31 MONTHS OR ONE I I YEAR MAINTENANCE
PERIOD, AN INSPECTION SHALL BE MADE BY THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
DEPARTMENT ENGINEERING DIVISION LANDSCAPE INSPECTION STAFF. THE LANDSCAPE
SHALL BE MAINTAINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE
STANDARDS. MAINTENANCE BONDING SHALL BE RELEASED AT THE END OF THE
APPROPRIATE PERIOD IF THE LANDSCARE IS MAINTAINED ACCORDING TO PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS.
