All work sholI be done In accordance with these plans and the City of Fontana Engineering Division Standard Specifications, doted 1975, and any revisions thereafter. 2. All materials and equipment sholl conform to the requirements of the 1994 Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, "Greenbook" and the 1995 Supplement; the State of California, Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Standard Plans and Standard Specifications, dated 1994; and the Caitrons Trattic Manual, latest edition, or latest non -metric edition. 3. The contractor shall conform to all traffic control policies, methods and 'procedures described in the Caltrans Traffic Manual, Chapter 5 - Monual of Traffic Controls for Construction and Maintenance Work Zones, latest edition, or latest non -metric edition, and the W.A.T.C.t#. (Work Area Traffic Control Handbook), latest edition. 4. The contractor shall refer to the City Engineer in the event of a conflict or potential conflict with the plans and/or speciticotions for this project. 5. All required construction permits shall be obtained from the City of Fontana Engineering Division prior to construction beginning. 6. The Contractor shall maintain access for local residents and businesses at oil times.
