Available from Peck's Products (800)642-6131 O Furnish playing line (2" wide unless otherwise noted) per N.B. A. standards on court surfacing per written specifications. CONSTRUCTION NOTES 1. Install concrete basketball court in accordance with the plans, details, and written specifications, including but not limited to: All grading, lighting, court slab, posts, backstops, nets, surfacing, and other appurtenances, complete. 2. Confine construction traffic/access to the work area within the limits noted on the plan. Contractor shall be responsible for damage, from his own work, or that of any of his subcontractors; to existing park areas outside the limits noted. Protect existing trees or fixed elements within the work area from damage. 3. Existing irrigation lines or heads inside the actual court area will be relocated by the City prior to construction. 4. Refer to the written specifications and the lighting plan for additional information. 5. Excess soil created during construction shall be disposed of off site by the contractor. 6. Finish grade of the soil adjacent to the court shall be 1" below top of court surface. Provide a minimum 1%-1 1/2% maximum even slopo lengthwise across court. Transition from court -surface to existing undisturbed turf shall not exceed a 4:1 slope. 7.
