LOCATIONS OF ALL UNDERGROUND UTILITIES ARE APPROXIMATE. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL DETERMINE THE EXACT LOCATIONS AND VERIFY THE CONDITIONS AT THE JOB SITE. HAND DIG UNTIL CLEAR OF UTILITIES. PHONE UNDERGROUND SERVICE ALERT AT 800/ 422-4133, TWO WORKING DAYS BEFORE DIGGING. 3. ALL WORK, MATERIAL AND EQUIPMENT SHOWN ON THIS PLAN SHALL CONFORM TO THE REQUIRMENTS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION STANDARDS AND SPECIFICATIONS DATED 1992. 4. AT THE COMPLETION OF WORK, IT SHALL BE THE PERMIT APPLICANT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE ONE (1) REPRODUCIBLE AND FIVE (5) BLUE LINE SETS OF "AS—BUILT" PLANS. 7. ALL VEHICLE INDICATIONS SHALL SHALL BE 12" WITH GLASS LENSES. ALL CONDUIT SHALL BE RIGID STEEL GALVANIZED TYPE. 8. ALL PULL—BOXES SHALL BE #5 OR PER CALTRANS TRAFFIC MANUAL, SECTION 9, EXCEPT AS NOTED. ALL CONDUIT SHALL BE 2" EXCEPT AS NOTED. 9. THE EXACT LOCATION OF ALL RELOCATED AND NEW TRAFFIC SIGNAL EQUIPMENT SHALL BE AS DIRECTED BY THE ENGINEER. 10. ALL LOOPS SHALL BE 6' BY 6' AND CENTERED IN THE LANE OF TRAVEL.
