CONTRACTOR SHALL NOT WILLFULLY PROCEED WITH CONSTRUCTION WHEN IT IS OBVIOUS THAT UNKNOWN OBSTRUCTIONS AND OR DIFFERENCES EXIST THAT MAY NOT HAVE BEEN,KNOWN DURING DESIGN. SUCH CONDITIONS SHALL BE IMMEDIATELY BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE OWNER'S AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE.
