Install new Pole Q and equipment on new foundation per plan. 3 . Remove and salvage existing Pole 3 and equipment. Pemove completely old foun- dation. Backfill hole with compacted Class II Aggregate Base. 4. Install new Pole U2 and equipment on new foundation per plan. 5.
