CONSTRUCTION NOTES
1. Construct little league baseball field complete including furnishing and
installation of bases, hose -plate. raised pitchers mound and herbicide
demarked foul lines. Remove all rocks 1 d t 11

2. Construct Little League spectator/dugout area complete, incl ng
concrete paving and chain link fences per detail 16 shut L-7.
Furnish and install aluminum bleachers, aluminum benches, drinkilag
fountains, and backstop.
3. Construct softball field lete; including furnishing and installation

5. Construct basketball courts complete. Furnish and install single
and double pole basketball goals, hoops and nets per details 7 and 8
sheet L-9; paint per detail 12 sheet L-6.
6. Construct sand -pit volleyball courts complete, including perimeter curb.
Furnish and install poles, nets, bleached sand. Construct drainage
sumps, see detail 3 sheet L-6 for drainage detail.
7. Construct test lot complete including furnishing and installation of
play equipment per manufacturer's instructions. Construct drainage
sumps, see detail 3 sheet L-6 for drainage detail.
A. Construct tennis courts complete; including slab, fences and chain link
fences and gates. Furnish and install poles, nets, lights, benches.
See detail 5 sheet L-6 for enlargement of tennis court area. Paint per
detail 8 sheet L-6.
9. Construct picnic areas complete, per detail 3 sheet L-7. Furnish and
install picnic table, barbecue grill, and trash receptacle. Include all
picnic area construction in baso bid #1 (park area) regardless of
location of site.
10. Construct sand pit curb per detail 8 sheet L-7.
11. Furnish and install volleyball posts per detail 9 sheet L-6.
12. Furnish and install single pole•basketball goal per detail ` sheet L-6.
13. Furnish and install double pole basketball goal per detail 7 sheet L-6.
14. Stripe basketball court per detail 12 sheet L-6.
15. Construct concrete terrace seating per detail 10 sheet L-7.
16. Construct 'Sandstone Pink' (L.M. Scofield architectural color) concrete
paving per detail 7 sheet L-7. Finish with smooth trowel and broom
where indicated on detail; expansion joints, control joints shall occur
as indicated on plans and details.
17. Construct concrete sovstrip per detail 9 sheet L-7 and detail 29
sheet L-8.
18. Furnish and install pre -cast bench per detail 11 -sheet L-7, where show
on plan.
19. Furnish and install pre -cast concrete trash receptacle's where shown on
plan; Note: Concrete receptacle model #RTR-30 available at Robbins Pre -
Cast (714) 272-0282.
20. Furnish and install tree grates per detail 1 sheet L--8.
21. Fabricate and install handicap railing per detail 2 sheet L-7.
22. Furnish and install drinking fountains per detail 13 sheet L-7.
23. Construct sign per detail 1 sheet L-7.
24. Furnish and install aluminum benches, see site furnishings
specifications. e
