7. WIDENING AREA IN TYPICAL SECTION SHOULD BE 3" A.C./4" A.B.
8. PARKING SHALL BE PROHIBITED ALONG THE STATE HIGHWAY BY
PAINTING THE CURB RED AND BY THE PLACEMENT OF A "NO PARKING
AT ANYTIME" SIGN.
