T%e Contractor shall contact the City's General Services Agency and the
Owner's Representative in advance of the following inspections (but not
limited to) in the- time indicated:
1. Pre -job conference - 5 days.
2. At completion of finish grading - 72 hdurs.
3. Layout of walkways but prior to installation - 72 hours.
4. Layout of header but prior to installation - 72 hours.
5. Layout of walls, sign walls, pilasters but prior to installation -
72 hours.
6. When trees and shrubs are spaced for planting but before holes are
excavated - 72 hours.
7. At delivery of all plant materials to the site - 72 hours.
8. During entire irrigation installation to verify and inspect the
following (but not limited to):
a. Point of. connections - 72 hours.
b. Backflow prevention devices - 72 hours.
C. Trenching for pipes - 72 hours.
d. ,•:lectrical connections - 72 hours.
e. Control valves - 72 hours.
f. Coverage -•72 hours.
9. At pre -maintenance inspection - 5 days.
10. At final inspection - 5 days.
