LOCATION AND EXTENT.
2. IT SHALL BE THE CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO DETERMINE THE NATURE OF
EXISTING GROUND AND/OR THE FINISHED GRADE IN THE VICINITY OF THE PROPOSED
CONSTRUCTION AREA IMMEDIATELY PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION.
3. THE CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED TO TAKE DUE PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES TO PROTECT
THE UTILITIES OR STRUCTURES FOUND AT THE SITE. IT SHALL BE THE CONTRACTOR'S
RESPONSIBILITY TO NOTIFY THE OWNERS OF THE UTILITIES OR STRUCTURES CONCERNED
BEFORE STARTING WORK.
4. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL UNCOVER ALL UTILITIES THAT K MAY BE JOINING, CROSSING
