1. All work shall be done in accordance with these plans and the
City of Fontana Public Works Department Standard Specifications
dated 1975.
2. Construction permits shall be obtained from Fontana Public Works
Department prior to the start of any work.
3. Sewer manhole frames and covers shall be constructed to 6" glow
finished pavement grade by the Sewer Contractor and shall be
raised to grade by the Paving Contractor, at the completion of
paving.
4. Water valve covers shall be raised ato grade by the Paving
Contractor, at the completion of paving.
5. Adequate stakes shall be set by the Engineer to enable the
contractor to construct the work to the plan grades.
6. As -Built plans shall be provided to the City by the Contractor.
7. The -Contractor shall contact all serving utility companies for
the locations of existing underground lines BEFORE THE START OF
CONSTRUCTION.
