1. ALL UNDERGROUND UTILITIES OR STRUCTURES REPORTED BY THE
OWNER OR OTHERS, AND THOSE SHOWN OF THE RECORDS EXAMINED ARE
SHOWN WITH THEIR APPROXIMATE LOCATION AND EXTENT.
2. IT SHALL BE THE CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO DETERMINE THE
NATURE OF EXISTING GROUND AND/OR THE FINISHED GRADE IN THE
VICINITY OF THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION AREA IMMEDIATELY PRIOR
TO CONSTRUCTION.
3. THE CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED TO TAKE DUE PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES
TO PROTECT THE UTILITIES OR STRUCTURES FOUND AT THE SITE
IT SHALL BE THE CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO NOTIFY THE
OWNERS OF THE UTILITIES OR STRUCTURES CONCERNED BEFORE STARTING
WORK.
4. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL UNCOVER ALL UTILITIES THAT HE MAY BE
JOINING, CROSSING OR PARALLELING PRIOR TO ANY CONSTRUCTION
TO VERIFY BOTH HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL LOCATIONS. ANY .:
CONFLICT OR DISCREPANCY SHALL BE BROUGHT TO THE ENGINEER'S
ATTENTION PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION, OTHERWISE THE CONTRACTOR
ACCEPTS FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY COSTS OF RELOCATION OR
