MAINTENANCE GUIDELINES 1 �
Landscape shall be maintained in a neat, clean, weed free and healthy condition. This

shall include, but not limited to: ANN—

2. Regular mowing to maintain a lawn height of 2" (will vary with species).
3. 'Regular pruning of plants as. necessary to control and direct growth. `
4. Scheduled maintenance of irrigation controller to assure proper application rate
of water necessary for proper plant growth. Drip irrigation may require

1 specialized landscape maintenance care.
1 5. Immediate replacement of plant material as needed due to death, disease, or lack of
