1. Remove existing Miller Park Community Center and Pool Pump
House to extent shown within heavy dotted outlines. This includes
entire building and all foundations and footings below grade.
2. Remove hazardous materials in accordance with the reported
recommendations 'set out in Appendix V1 of the Specifications.
3. Salvage all materials and equipment as itemized in Appendix 1
of the specifications.
4. Salvage two (2) existing bicycle racks to be relocated as shown
on the Phase I and Phase 11 Site Plans, Sheets No. A-2.0 and A-2.1.
5. Existing pool enclosure masonry piers and wrought iron fence
to remain; add new sections of fencing to match existing. See glans
and Elevations for exact location of new fencing adjoining existing
construction. Existing perimeter pool retaining wails to remain.
6. Salvage and relocate all existing pool equipment to new pool equipment
room #120. (See Sheets A-2.0 and A-8.2.)
7. Salvage existing drain basin to be relocated at comer of tennis court.
8. Existing maintenance shed to be cut down to height per elevations
(+/• 6'-0") and re -used as a trash enclosure. Re -locate irrigation controls,
which must be kept in operation at all times, to new pool equipment room.
9. Remove portions of concrete walk affected by new construction per plans.
10. Existing pool area to remain. Provide adequate protection to all existing
surfaces.
11. Relocate existing services as indicated on architectural and engineering
drawings.
12. Protect all trees and landscape/grass areas to remain.
13. Relocate sprinkler riser piping above new conc. slab.
14. Remove portion of existing cyclone fence. Remaining portion to be
reconstructed with two (2) 3'-0" wide gates.
15. Remove and salvage cyclone fence.
16. Existing cyclone fence to remain.
17. Remove existing sign as shown on Vicinity Plan.-Sht: # A•1.0
