Gentlemen:
Pursuant to your request, on May 22, 1996, a field survey was performed under my
supervision which verified the grades along the centerline of Locust Avenue from Station
10+50 to Station 11+75 to be the same elevations as taken on April 4, 1996 (prior to
construction),
