Burkhardt, Inc. for the above referenced project. The project consists of the construction of a 10" V.C.P. Sewer Main from 110 feet South of Foothill Boulevard to 170 feet North of Foothill Boulevard located on Locust Avenue. The construction is expected to start in the first week of April, 1996. The Contractor as an independent business will choose its own method of operation. The Contractor's working hours will be limited from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Contractor is required to complete all work on this project within 25 working days from the start date. The Agency's role will be that of providing the necessary inspection and material testing. The contractor shall be required to supervise and complete all work as per plans, specifications and City of Fontana and Caltrans Standards. It is the Agency's sincere desire to accomplish this construction with a minimum of inconvenience to the area'a residents and businesses. The City requests your cooperation in this respect. The City will work closely with you and the contractor to reduce both the occurrence and the duration of any unpleasant condition. Please recognize that construction sites can be dangerous; particularly keep small children away from the construction site and activity at all times.
