NOTICE OF COMPLBION
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 3086 of the Civil Code of the State
of California and authorization of the City Council of the City of Fontana,
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that work on that certain project known as
Construction of the Cypress Avenue Sewer from Jurupa Avenue to San Bernardino
Avenue
for the City of Fontana was completed and accepted by the City of Fontana
on the lgth day of October , lg9~ .
The said work was performed by Kenko. Inc.. dba McGrand & Associates
of 1025 Calimesa Blvd.. Ste. #4. Calimesa. CA in accordance with the terms of

RE: Cypress Avenue Sewer Construction Project on Cypress Avenue Between
Jurupa Avenue and San Bernardino Avenue
Notice to Proceed
Dear Mr. Schwarz:
You are hereby notified to commence wor~ on the above referenced contract on
November 10, 1992, and shall fully complete all of the work of said contract
within 110 calendar days thereafter. Your completion date is thereforeApril 20,
1993. Enclosed for your records is a[ fully executed copy of the contract
documents.
Per Contract Specification, Special ProviSions, Section 6-9, the contractor shall
pay any liquidated damages to the agency in the sum of $500 per day for each and
every calendar day of such delay after the completion date.
Before actual start of any construction activities, contractor must have an
approved traffic control detour plan from the City. Also, contractor must have
a letter on file with the City from property owner authorizing contractor to use
their property for stock piling if contractor intends to do so. Letter should
have proper address for the property to be used.
Contractor must obtain city constructionSpermit from the Engineering counter at
City Hall. Arrangements for inspection can be made by contacting Wayne Brown in
the Engineering Division at 714-350-6636.
