In -addition to the requirements presented in their letter, he advised of the following requirements: 1. Ductile Iron or. Steel pipe must be used. 2. Pipe must be centered over the Feeder in accordance with Health Department Standards: " 3. The contractor must use mechanical or welded joints in MWD right-of-way. 4. The contractor must:provide him a minimum of two (2) days notice prior.to beginning work. in MWD right-of-way. 5.
