To whom it may concern:
This letter is to inform you that sanitary sewer facilities provided by the City of Fontana
are available for connection to the properties identified as APN(s): 022830120,
022830121, 022830122, 022830123 & 022830151, the nearest sewer facility is in front
of the aforementioned properties along Citrus Ave; for the properties identified as
APN(s): 022830133, 022830134, 022830135, 022830136, 022830137, 022830138,
022830139, 022830140, 022830141, 022830142, 022830143, 022830144, 022830145,
022830146, 022830147, 022830148, 022830149 & 022830152, the nearest sewer
facility is in front of the above-mentioned properties along Highland Ave.
However, this letter is also to inform you that sanitary sewer facilities provided by the
City of Fontana are not immediately available to the properties identified as, APN(s)
022830101, 022830102, 022830103, 022830104, 022830105, 022830106, 022830107
& 022830108. These properties are not located within 200 feet of an existing public
sewer main, therefore, connection is not required by the City of Fontana.
Nevertheless, upon future development of sewer main line extension, the City of
Fontana can assist with the connection process to allow the sewer connection.
In addition, please note that the sewer connection is not a city requirement as a function
of the sale or refinance of the property but may be a requirement at time of development
per FMC Chapter 23; Section 23-5.
