Where street capacity was a concern, Q10 was also calculated. The calculations are based on the San Bernardino County Hydrology Manual. Calculations are included to show that the 10-year discharge does not exceed the top of curb and the 100-year does not exceed the R/W. All pads are designed to be above the 100- year event.
