RE: Irrevocable Agreement to Annex #93-04 for Sewer Service at 16550 Jurupa Avenue
Dear Reverend Porter:
This letter is in reply to your correspondence to Mayor David Eshleman, dated February 8, 1995,
wherein you question payment of center fees relative to the above -captioned agreement.
Condition #7, pg. 2, of said agreement states that:
"All fees such as, but not limited to, Parks and Recreation fees and storm drain
fees, shall be paid within two (2) years and thirty (30) days of the date of
annexation."
Inasmuch as, the subject property is currently unincorporated with no annexation application
pending, the storm drain fees are not required to be paid at this time.
