NOTICE OF COMPLETION
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 3086 of the Civil Code of the State of California and
authorization of the City Council of the City of Fontana, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that work on
that certain project known as Slover Avenue Sewer from Hemlock Avenue to Poplar Avenue for the
City of Fontana was completed and accepted by the City of Fontana on the 4th day of April, 2000.
The said work was performed by Bonadiman-McCain, Inc. of San Bernardino, California in
accordance with the terms of written agreement dated the 23rd day of September, 1999.

This letter will serve as your "Notice To Proceed" on the above referenced project based on the project field meeting
held on November 8,1999. The work completed to date on the project was verbally approved to commence at your
company's request and risk until such time the utility companies could remove and relocate the existing power poles,
electrical, telephone, and cable television lines.
