I. AT THE CONCLUSION OF ROUGH GRADING, AN AGRONOMIC SOILS REPORT SHALL BE
PREPARED BY THE OWNER AND FURNISHED TO THE CONTRACTOR, AND ALL
RECOMMENDATIONS FROM SUCH REPORT SHALL BE INCORPORATED BY THE CONTRACTOR INTO
INSTALLATION OF ALL PLANTING AREAS.
2. ALL TREE AND SHRUB MATERIAL SPECIFIED MUST MEET STANDARD INDUSTRY
SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CONTAINER 51ZE INDICATED. IF THE CONTRACTOR CANNOT LOCATE
MATERIAL OF ACCEPTABLE SIZE AT THE TIME OF INSTALLATION, CONTACT LANDSCAPE
ARCHITECT FOR SPECIES SUBSTITUTION; DOWNSIZING OR SUBSTITUTION OF PLANT MATERIAL
WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT HILL NOT BE ALLOWED.
5. TREE LOCATIONS SHORN ON PLAN MAY REQUIRE ADJUSTMENT IN THE FIELD. NHENEVER

4. ALL TREES PLANTED WITHIN FIVE (5) FEET OF WALKWAYS, CONCRETE PAVING, BUILDINGS
OR PUBLIC UTILITIES SHALL RECEIVE DEEP ROOT BARRIERS.
5. ALL TREES LOCATED IN TURF AREAS SHALL BE INSTALLED WITH ARBOR GUARDS.
