Program Management o Presented draft version of CPMS Database to Engineering for review. o Entered data for North Fontana Bond Projects into CPMS, continue developing database forms and reports. o Submitted a revised scope of work to the City for FY 2003-04. o Awaiting meeting with Teri and James to establish a process for extracting actual cost data from the J.D. Edwards system. A meeting was tentatively scheduled for 9/17. o Awaiting Engineering's comments regarding on schedule template distributed 9/2. Civic Center o Prepared the agenda, chaired, and prepared the minutes for the Project and Safety Meeting o Processed numerous RFIs and submittals o Made several site visits o Reviewed the contractor's proposal to remove and replace the entire basketball court o Assembled plans for SBC and DHA Riverside Drive Realignment PB is revising the alignment per staff request. PB is now finalizing the interim and final layout for staff review. PB will also prepare a cost estimate for the interim solution at the request of the staff. This is one of the major obstacles to installing the CPMS on the City network. It was agreed that a "standing" meeting will be held every Monday at 3:30 until the system is completed o PB met with Teri to review the CPMS database and discuss Engineering's software requirements including project server. PB is preparing a list of tasks Teri can assist with including, access to the City network, access to data in JD Edwards, access to SQL server database and, establishing period downloads from JD Edwards to use to update the CPMS database o PB prepared a list of Standard Tasks included in the generic schedule. PB is working on writing a detailed description of each task o Casa Grande Drive - PB is preparing a preliminary sewer design and will meet with Felipe to review. PB is coordinating with SCE on the easement and access for Ninyo &Moore's field testing o Terra Vista Drive - Plans will be submitted to the City for plan check this week. o Riverside Drive Realignment- PB is providing drawings of the two alternatives to the architect for the service station property. PB understands that the City may try and meet with the property owners again to "re-discuss"the alignment o Sierra Avenue Widening Exhibit- PB is modifying the exhibit and submitting to Traffic for approval o San Sevaine Trail Master Plan -The Draft Master Plan Document is still being reviewed by the City, Rancho Cucamonga and SBCFCD . The usual reason for doing this is to increase the capacity of data storage from 2 to approximately 100 gigs.The City does not need this much capacity for the CPMS database...The reason is that the City IS department requested that the SQL server be used as it makes it much easier for the City to back up. PB has identified 3 issues that will take approximately 2 weeks to correct and debug. PB contacted Jane McClintock and Joe Field regarding a proposed solution to the issues and they seem to be in agreement with the proposed change o San Sevaine - PB is working to complete an internal draft Master Plan document for delivery to the City by Mid-April. The City is placing notification for the public open house at community centers and will notify PB of the intended date for the open house. PB staff will attend the open house and provide graphic and technical support. PB is working with the City and aerial imaging companies to find an aerial image that includes more recent construction development along the San Sevaine channel and an acceptable resolution for project graphics o Casa Grande Drive- PB is revising plans, legals and plats per City request.
