LANDSCAPE SHALL BE MAINTAINED IN A NEAT, CLEAN, WEED FREE AND HEALTHY CONDITION. THIS SHALL INCLUDE
BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:
1. CULTIVATION OF PLANTED BEDS AT INTERVALS NOT TO EXCEED TEN (10) DAYS.
2. REGULAR MOWING TO MAINTAIN LAWN HEIGHT NOT TO EXCEED TWO (2) INCHES (WILL VARY WITH SPECIES).
3. REGULAR PRUNING OF PLANTS AS NECESSARY TO CONTROL AND DIRECT GROWTH
4. SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE OF IRRIGATION CONTROLLER TO ASSURE PROPER APPLICATION RATE OF WATER
NECESSARY FOR PROPER PLANT GROWTH. DRIP IRRIGATION MAY REQUIRE SPECIALIZED LANDSCAPE
MAINTENANCE CARE.
5. IMMEDIATE REPLACEMENT OF IRRIGATION MATERIALS AS NEEDED TO MAINTAIN GOOD WORKING CONDITION.
6. FERTILIZATION ON A REGULAR SCHEDULE AS RECOMMENDED BY THE MANUFACTURER TO PROVIDE PROPER
PLANT GROWTH.
