Notes:
The Contractor shall permanently anchor all planters to the
ground or pilaster using appropriate & industry standard
techniques
The Contractor shall provide color & finish samples of each
pot selected for approval by Landscape Architect prior to
ordering any pots.
All pots must be waterproofed with drain hole and equipped
with drip irrigation connected to adjacent planter. See
irrigation detail. Install per manufacturer's specifications.
Due to the nature of the material specified above, Contractor
shall allow a minimum 60 days lead time on delivery for all
materials.
"or equal". This is to allow contractor to substitute for cost or
time benefit. All "or equal" substitutions must be submitted
to Landscape Architect for approval prior to purchase.
